On Monday, October 15th, 2018, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada issued 3,900 Invitations to Apply to those applicants with an active Express Entry Profile with a score of 440 or higher. This is a five point drop from the last selection.
The applicant’s profile needed to be active and eligible as of October 15th, 2018. The Tie-Breaker rule for this draw wasSeptember 18th, 2018. This rule only applies to those candidates in the Express Entry Pool with the same score as the lowest score selected in any draw. It does not effect those with a score higher than the lowest score selected.
This draw included applicants classified as Federal Skilled Workers, Federal Skilled Tradespeople, members of the Canadian Experience Class and Provincial Nominees.
